What this is.
Marguerite Avenue was established just a bit ago, in October of 2011. It is is a website, an online magazine & eclectic that promisingly publishes prose, poetry and other art on a continuous basis. We feature whatever we find to be interesting, original, and engaging. Having lived in New York City near Chinatown during a very cold January, or knowing what the lemony sky of the Midwest looks like in Chicago on a day before Autumn is not required. We encourage you to do whatever you do in the heart of the making, send it, we might like it.
Submissions.
There are no submission deadlines, submission can be sent to margueriteavenue[at sign]gmail[dot]com.
For all writing, please attach your submission in the form of a .doc file.
For poetry, include no more than 5 poems, per submission.
For artwork (still & moving), via our email address, point us to a website with examples of your work, or insert JPEGs into a .doc file.
Simultaneous submissions are okay, as long as you let us know where the work is being submitted. Response can take a few weeks, or be instantaneous.
